Why the firm exists
Tobias Mordecai founded SecurAI Talent after seeing the gap between how fast AI capability was moving and how slowly the security around it was being staffed. The founding view is simple: recruitment works best when it is specialist, transparent and relationship-driven, and worst when it is transactional and high volume.

How we operate
Because we operate independently, we carry almost no off-limits restrictions, which gives clients uncompromised access to the entire market across contract, permanent, statement of work and executive search models. We support businesses at every stage of a security roadmap: sourcing the first AI security engineer for a startup, securing a Director of AI Security to build an entire function, or deploying a short-term contractor to complete an urgent AI security assessment.

The desk is remote and global rather than branch-based, which means no off-limits restrictions inherited from a parent group and access to the whole market on every mandate.
