What happens next

We start with the threat model rather than the job title. Thirty minutes on what the role actually has to defend tells us more than a specification does, and it is usually where we find that the brief needs adjusting before it goes to market. You leave that call with a written shortlist plan: where the people are, what they cost, and how long it will take.

For hiring teams

Whether you need a first AI security engineer, a Director of AI Security to build the function, or a contractor for an urgent AI security assessment, we work across direct hire, contract, retained search, executive search and build mode. Contract shortlists typically arrive within five to twenty days.

For candidates

If you work in AI safety, red teaming, adversarial machine learning, ML security, MLSecOps, AI governance or AI-driven detection, we would rather know you before you need us. Nothing is sent anywhere without your explicit approval.
